Job Overview
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team. Cleaners are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for employees, visitors, and clients. The role involves performing routine cleaning tasks, maintaining cleaning equipment, and ensuring that facilities meet high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Cleaners play an essential role in promoting a healthy, welcoming, and organized workspace. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
- Clean restrooms, replenish supplies, and maintain hygiene standards.
- Dispose of waste safely and in compliance with health regulations.
- Maintain and store cleaning equipment and supplies correctly.
- Conduct minor maintenance tasks or report issues such as broken fixtures, leaks, or safety hazards.
- Follow proper procedures when handling cleaning chemicals.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal cleaning tasks.
- Engage with clients in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service.
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial work (Preferred).
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, and chemicals.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods.
- Ability to pass SC Clearance.
Qualification
- Basic English (spoken & written).
- Health and safety awareness, especially regarding cleaning chemicals.
